Fundamental Programme 

Age Group: 5-9 Years

Phase: Foundation

Our FUNdamental programme looks to develop players technical and coordination skills in a number of themed sessions:

  • Dribbling & Ball Control

  • First Touch & Awareness

  • Finishing

  • Tackling & Defending 1v1

  • Fundamental Movement/Motor Skills

Train to Develop Programme 

Age Group: 10-13 Years

Phase: Foundation/Youth Development

Our development programme increases tactical understanding with a more direct focus on position specific training which includes:

 

  • Movement & Scanning 

  • 1v1 & Moves to Beat Opponents 

  • Passing Combinations

  • Combine & Finish 

  • Defensive Clearance 

  • Playing Around/Playing Through​

  • Fun Challenges

Train to Compete Programme 

Age Group: 14-16 Years

Phase: Youth Development

Our train to compete programme increases the physical demand by ensuring high intensity technical sessions that will develop:

 

  • Physical Fitness (Agility/CRE/Speed)

  • Receiving & Movement 

  • Progressive Possession 

  • Finishing from Central and Wide

  • Positional Defending 

  • Decision Making 

  • Competitions 

Train to Win Programme 

Age Group: 17+ Years

Phase: Pro Development

Our train to win programme is suited for experienced players over the age of 16 and challenges players physically and mentally/ A high Intense tailored session including:

 

  • Fitness Testing 

  • Preparation of the Body 

  • Technical Challenges 

  • Finishing under Pressure 

  • Positional Defending 

  • Combinations and Interactions
