At Football Focused we thrive in quality and attention to detail.
Our Story
Football Focused 1-2-1 opened in January 2023, starting with a handful of clients and 2 coaches. After gaining a lot of positive feedback and traction from our 1-2-1 clients we decided to expand our operation and grow our programs. We now have 10 UEFA qualified coaches working for us across 2 locations. We have over 15,000 hours of dedicated delivery since operation and we continue to grow. We now have over 1000 regular clients with players involved in many of programs.
Whilst we are currently delivering over 100 weekly 1-2-1 sessions, we also have 7 group sessions, 2 external coaching delivery projects and also boast a very successful holiday camp programme.
We provide a complete holistic approach to coaching, looking at the whole player to develop individuals.
Our use of technological aids such as iPads help provide a more cognitive approach to learning.
We recognize every player as a individual project and review the learning styles of each player to come through.
Our coaches have an emphasis on enthusiasm, passion and social interaction, developing player relationships.
Train
At Football Focused 1-2-1 we admire the commitment players show to get better. We believe that practice doesn't make perfect, and that practice makes permanent! So make sure your practice is good practice if you want to see your reward.
We have supported over 1000 clients in regular 1-2-1 training in an attempt to improve all aspects of their performance. Our carefully designed training programs all each player to be challenged vigorously and work in a state of deliberate, engaged practice.
Develop
When players are in our environment we want to make sure that there is progress in their development. Our feedback that we have received gives a good indication of players progress within a short period of time. We have players just starting the game, leading to players who have played for a long time and are highly experienced.

Compete
Whether you are playing grassroots or playing pro, we will have a tailored programmed for your needs. We have helped a lot of players improve their game and compete better in their environment. Simply having 1-2-1 coaching time to build a players confidence is a big step forward in helping them frame their mindset better in preparation for games.
We have seen so many players develop skills, game understanding and confidence to perform better in games. For best results, we encourage that block bookings are done to monitor, assess and review progression.

Our Locations
We currently operate out of two locations. Whilst our Journey started at Stepford Football centre, we are proud to announce our very own Football training Centre. After 7 months of renovations of the old Queenslie Park, we are delighted to announce that the Football Focused Training Centre is officially open. We look forward to spending many sessions working with you in our new location.
Community Collaboration
"Our extremely qualified and experienced coaches aim to deliver fun, engaging and progressive coaching sessions to help players develop their skills and qualities. We are delighted to have partnered up with East End Community Carers to support some of their ongoing programmes and develop new initiatives. As part of the partnership, we will be providing coaching support including multi-sports sessions delivered weekly, throughout the year. As part of the partnership Football Focused have redeveloped Queenslie Park, to further enhance the experience of participants within the programmes. We are excited to start the programmes for the new term, and look forward to working with all those associated. We hope that this partnership helps to develop social and fundamental learning skills alongside strengthening relationships between coaches and carers. Having spoken with Eddie and Ruth over these past months, we can now officially launch the new renovated Queenslie Park and we are all excited to watch both programmes grow"
